Dozens of attorneys, judges, family and friends gathered in Department 22 to attend the retirement reception of Ventura County Superior Court Judge Colleen Toy White on Friday, August 11, 2017.

Judge White has been an outstanding member of the bench. Judge White was elected to the Superior Court bench in June 1994. She is a past Presiding Judge and Assistant Presiding Judge, and a former Supervising Judge of the Family Law Division. Read more
